Choose your Oura Ring 4 size at home with this dedicated sizing kit. The kit contains white plastic sample rings in sizes 4–15.
- Designed specifically for Oura Ring 4.
- 12 whole-size samples, sizes 4–15.
- Try different fingers to find a snug, comfortable fit.
- Wear your chosen sample for at least 24 hours, including overnight, before selecting your smart ring size.
How to use
- Try the samples on your preferred finger. Oura recommends the index finger; the middle or ring finger can also be used.
- Choose a snug fit that is comfortable rather than tight.
- Wear the sample for a full day and night to check the fit as your fingers change size.
- Order your Oura Ring 4 in the size you selected.
Please note: This is a sizing accessory, not a smart ring. No electronic tracking functions are included. Oura Ring 4 is sold separately. Gen3 and standard jewellery ring sizes should not be used as a substitute for Ring 4 sizing.
